Very nice manager! He was welcoming and patient while I fuddled around with my choices for 30 minutes, stayed busy but available. Great property with amazing comfortable beds. Quiet location, good AC. The only drawback was intermittent wi-fi.

Due to mobility difficulties, I am a fan of older motels where you can drive right up to the door of your room. This one was good for that, but the facility is titre and a bit run down.

This is old school, which isn't bad. You fill out the check in form. Get an actual room key. These places in cities are a dying breed. Cons: Wifi is spotty, a wee TV and no pool area. This means if you're traveling with kids, go elsewhere. For the others whom these things aren't a deal breaker, it's good. Pros: The shower is like a fire hose. This alone is worth the stay. Don't find this in modern era hotels. Beds are quite comfortable, and the place is very quiet. Is there better here? Yes. Cheaper, no. For a basic room for a night or two, this is perfect.
