Sadly, this was the single worst hotel stay experiences we had. The problems were numerous to mention a few: 1. The Internet access is horrible, spotty, and frequently cutting out. You have to try signing in 10-12 times before you get in for a few minutes and then restart the login; 2. The restaurant is simply incapable of handling more than a couple of tables. It requires reservation, and even with that, you get very late service, wrong food order and no attention. 3. Location: It is on to of a wavy uphill road, remote from everything. You need a car rental or taxi to get to anything outside the facility; 4. Our air-conditioning never worked. We asked the staff 4 times. When they came, they did nothing, but claimed it fixed. When we confronted the hotel owner/manager he dismissed it, by saying that the warm air coming out of it is actually cold and it is our imagination. He was not very gracious about it either... Try sweating every day and night in a room you have paid for...; 5. Inconsistent room amenities. Since we stayed with a number of family groups, we noted that some rooms have a lot more than other (toaster oven...) while all charging the same rate; 6. Shower stalls are strange and have no shelf space (place your shampoo/soap on the floor). I can go on but you get the picture
