Very slow check in despite being 9.30pm, given drinks voucher to compensate but only for bottled beer or house wine! Small basis room despite delux claim, decor tired, loud AC & overflowing shower led to flooded bathroom! Breakfast ok but hot food is barely warm. Lacks the quality seen on previous stays.

We stayed for 1 night and would definitely stay here again. The room was spotless, the staff were lovely - very friendly and helpful. The bar served good value drinks considering this is London. We did not have breakfast as we were meeting family for brunch so cannot comment on the food. My only criticism is that the standard room with twin beds was small and next time we will book a bigger room!

In the first room we got the windows were frosted. Changed room the second day and that room smelled because of leakage from the bathtub. The carpet stinked. We were told not to use the bathtub after the first leakage.
