Very good 8.0
Lovely night at the Titanic hotel, rooms are really spacious and clean! Felt very luxurious. Bath and shower both lovely, complimentary robe and slippers are a nice touch too. Bed super comfy and we had a gorgeous window seat overlooking the dock, really special. Bar was great and service superb, could not fault any of the staff. Only small problem was that the coffee machine in our room had broke so we couldn’t have our morning coffee in the room but this didn’t dampen our experience at all, would definitely recommend and will be returning. Thanks Titanic.

Okay hotel but will try elsewhere next time
As 2 couples we spent a couple of nights at the Titanic hotel in early August, arriving early for check-in we were advised this would not be possible until after 3pm so we headed to town, on returning early evening the check-in queue was not very long but the actual wait was whilst each receptionist tried to do 3 things at once apart from check-in the customers in front of them. This aside the rooms were nice and spacious and although the windows a little dirty gave a pleasant view to the dock. The bar area is nice however the service was not great (wrong drinks served) and the sticky menus did not create the impression or detail we had hoped for. The breakfast at the hotel was good with a wide selection of continental and cooked and even an omelette station, worth noting that arrival around 9.15 meant a reasonable queue on both mornings. The location of the hotel is quiet with sufficient onsite parking, we used Taxi’s/Uber’s to travel in and out of town which cost anything from £3.50 up. We enjoyed the city very much and will return soon but will look for a more centrally located hotel.

Exceptional 10.0
We had a fab time at Titanic, we thoroughly enjoyed G&Ts by the water and our meal in the restaurant. The room was lovely and the bed was next level comfy, the only thing that was a shame was 2 used bulbs were left on the bed which my friend almost sat on and would’ve cause injury
