Best hotel in Liverpool
All staff very professional and attentive, rooms spacious and immaculate, fantastic shower, comfy large bed, nice coffee machine and iron and iron board. Maya spa access only £20 for residents for two hours, hydrotherapy pool sauna solerium and steam room, foot spa and shower with diff setting Caribbean storm my fav. Decent gym there as well for guests of hotel. Rum bar and bar food excellent, couldn’t fault anything for a very reasonable price, breakfast a must great choice and quality with a chef to cook omelet etc. Can’t wait to stay again. An only a few quid in a cab to town brilliant hotel

Exceptional 10.0
Have stayed at the hotel on a previous occasion, as a result of which my wife had been keen to return. We were met by two extremely happy and friendly reception staff, one of which quickly allocated us our room, an executive suite on the top floor. Hotel and surroundings are extremely quiet and relaxing as a result. All of the staff we encountered during our stay appear very happy in their work, something my wife was conscious of, having previously worked in the hotel trade herself.

Fair 4.0
Great place - terrible reception service
Hotel and facilities great Reception was terribly slow. I wasted around 2 hours of my stay waiting in line ver the course of the day. They were also very unhelpful when asked to check my room 10 minutes after check our as I had realised I had left my charger in the room. Left me waiting again for another 40 minutes which made me miss my train to London. I love the place and I have stayed here a number of times. I actually use it frequently when in business for lunch and as a meeting point but the attitude of the reception staff on this trip has left a bitter taste.
