It’s an OK property. The bathroom needs to be redone particularly the shower. It’s old and grotty in order to make it nicer. They would have to redo the whole place and that would be very expensive. Nice people though.

Very clean comfortable room, spacious. Comfortable bed, nice linen pillows etc. Lovely waterfall/fountain that made excellent white noise, like sleeping by a stream. Also excellent coffee machine in the lobby area, super friendly staff. Very close to PalmSprings Tramway!

Oh, this hotel was so charming and just adorable. My room had the kind of character that only an older (mid-20th century, I believe) can have, and directly overlooked the pool area. And the staff was so helpful and friendly. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I thought that this hotel was adorable. The only thing I would have changed is asking for a room not by the side door so we would not hear the street traffic. That honestly was not a huge deal. Staff were wonderful at making sure our visit was pleasant. Affordable, clean accommodations, on the bus line, safe. We appreciated the coffee in the AM, quiet AC, and vouchers for breakfast. Shower was very loud but we were able to plan our showers to not wake up the other person. Overall, a great experience.

Just a quick stay for a cheer competition, but it was perfect. Close to everything and the staff was soooo friendly and helpful. Loved the coffee/latte machine, hot water for tea and ice available 24/7. Wish we could have utilized the bikes, but didn't have time. For sure would stay here again.
