Please provide to me what you promised
I booked the SABA hotel, only to be told that I was in the Hellenic Hotel down the road (part of same group), went to check in there, only to be told that I was in the Melandra hotel (same group) across the road. This would not normally be a problem but the Melandre is a very budget hotel and is not at the same standard as SABA. When I book with a hotel, I expect to stay in that hotel (SABA). I stay in Hammersmith every week on business and have been caught out by SABA doing this before. If I had known I would staying at Melandre, I would not have booked with them. I will not be booking with SABA again. This is my first ever review of a hotel, so you can imagine how much this has wound me up, that I'm leaving a negative comment

Do not go here
Arrived no one there for 20 mins to book us in. The room was tiny and freezing cold. The bed was uncomfortable the shower stopped working completely during my wife having a shower the noise from teenage guests were terrible. When I went to complain there was no one there at the desk even though it states 24/7. This was our anniversary weekend and the hotel experience was dreadful I won’t even mention breakfast because it’s not worth mentioning. I will most definitely not be going back to any Saba hotels totally disgusted

A good basic hotel with everything you need
I only stayed for one night but I thought the hotel was good value for the price paid considering it was in central London. It's a no frills option so don't expect the best service or rooms but it certainly does the job if you just need somewhere to crash for a night or two and I loved the fact it's only a 5 minute walk to the Hammersmith tube station. The room was relatively clean, there was nothing hugely bad about it it just looked a little worn. I may have got lucky being on the top floor as there was no noise at all and I got a good night's sleep although the bed wasn't the most comfortable. The bathroom was a bit small and the shower randomly went hot and cold so that wasn't great. The breakfast was simple but again for the money I can't complain. I had cereal and a yogurt to start then a large plate of scrambled eggs, beans and toast with butter and jam. I didn't need to eat again for the rest of the day! Overall 3/5, it's an average hotel with basic level of service so don't go in with high expectations but for the price I paid I couldn't be happier especially considering breakfast was included. I would stay again if I can get a good deal like this time.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean and we'll located. We had a three bedroom room, two beds were confy, one not so much

Adequate
Adequate for a short break and O2 Empire. Beds uncomfortable though and the rooms are pretty small. I'm sure that I read mini bar but the fridge was empty. Breakfast better than expected - I thought I'd be stuck with cereal which I don't like - was surprised when the waitress asked if I'd like fried or scrambled eggs with my toast. Friendly staff and room appeared clean.

Relatively cheap but not cosy.
Due to low water pressure it was very difficult to take a shower early in the morning. The bed was not cosy and breakfast did not include a large variety.

Great location!
Great location! Cute hotel. Tiny single room on 3rd floor with no elevator but overall it was fine. Breakfast was basic but also fine. For the price, I’d totally stay here again!

This hotel has serious bathroom issues
Pros: location Cons: Too many bathroom issues: hair dryer not working, shower door does not close, molds on grout and seals, broken fixture, no lock on bathroom door and NO CONTINUOUS WATER SUPPLY This hotel has potential if only management would take customer service seriously and address the little yet very important things that matter.
