Great location, great staff. Very comfortable bed and pillows Free coffee/filtered water daily. Only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars is no AC (fan provided), no heat (no options provided). I visited in October when some days were hot others cold and could have used either but stay was very comfortable. Can’t imagine what summer/winter would be like here though.

Great location and clean, our room was in the basement, the bathroom was small and it was a bit noisy with trains, road noise etc. however would stay again as location was good, bed comfy etc, I’ll just bring my ear plugs

This is a cute hotel with a nice lounge. We should have booked a better room because our room was in the dungeon- ground 0. You could hear the trains/metro nonstop and the sewer wafted unpleasant smells. The sister resort next door had a nice breakfast which we got a 20% discount on.

The room was conveniently located near St. Pancras/Kings Cross Train Stations. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was ok for a one night stay as I was passing through.

In a great location very close to Kings Cross/St. Pancras Station. A nice older hotel with small but nicely appointed rooms. No elevator, so beware of narrow hallways and stairs.

It's a very tiny room. Served It's purpose well. One down side was no central air. It was hot and we had a fan to cool us off. Not perfect but not the worst. The location is perfect being close to St Pancreas/Kingston Cross Stations. Staff was very nice and very willing to help.

Staff were very friendly, room was clean, bed was very comfy, the Bar could do with better options (just my drink choices) ideally located and the price was really good. For somewhere to stay for a night I couldn’t fault it.

While from the outside it looks like just a normal basic hotel on a quiet street, my wife and I found this hotel to be our favorite on our long trip around the UK. Staff is wonderful, the bar is basic but makes a great G&T, breakfast on a sunny patio. Located close to Charing Cross, Euston and St. Pancras rail stations and Underground, getting there and getting around London is easy. Lots of good restaurants all around. Even though there is no lift and you have to schlep your luggage up a winding staircase, it's worth it.

With the price, the shower water pressure, the bedding are surprisingly good! Perfect location, room is a bit small but for a short trip is enough. It’d be great if there’s a mini fridge or if we can store our food in the fridge.

This was our 2nd stay in May, being only a few minutes walk from the Eurostar terminal. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, although on the small side. The shower was good. We enjoyed the bar, open to late!

Great and welcoming staff. Check-in was very quick considering I only booked 30mins in advance. It's very conveniently located 2mins walk from Kings Cross station. The room is very small, but for a 1 night stay, it's more than enough.
