We love CitizenM for its consistency, soundproofing and big comfy beds. Unfortunately some of the surfaces in our room were a little worn and tired, compared to the usual excellent standard. The base of the sink tap could also do with some deep cleaning as it appears it hasn’t been properly for a while. Hasn’t put me off returning, just wasn’t up to the usual standard we love about the chain.

citizenM may have created the perfect hotel for work trips--a perfect use of limited space, tech upgrades (e.g., mood lighting and music), iPad controls, a massive bed, and plenty of storage; excellent and plenty of shared work space, and a 24/7 bar. Added to all of this they're in great locations for restaurants, local sights, and walking.
