Room was good with comfy bed and nice sofa but TV was rubbish and had a screen defect. Also, the hotel had no working elevators, a shortage of staff who knew how to use the computer and disappointingly low quality food for such a luxury hotel.

A really good find, lots of space for a London hotel. High-quality makes you feel special. Right on the river so fun to have drinks in the basin overlooking the cable cars and the millennium dome. Very easy to get to by transport in particular the Elizabeth line makes getting around London feel like cheating. A rather iconic looking hotel as well just makes you feel kind of special.

We stayed for 2 nights in a family classic room, 2 adults and 2 young kids. We loved the novelty of staying in a boat instead of a typical hotel, however we found the rooms uncomfortable and very noisy. The classic family rooms without balcony are on the lower floor and very noisy. We were woken at 6am by constant banging and door slams. The pull out sofa bed was very thin and creaky, and my kids (both under 6 years) found it very hard to sleep on so I definitely wouldn’t recommend for bigger kids. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was good. Overall an okay experience but I wouldn’t recommend classic rooms without balcony.
