21 Oct 2026The staff are just phenomenal. We were there to celebrate a birthday. We came back to balloons, chocolate and wine in the room. A really lovely touch. The rooms are clean, the mini kitchen is helpful, the location is central. I would stay again.

6 Sept 2026This is our second time staying at a Resident property in London - and we are always impressed by the welcoming staff, the well-appointed rooms and the good locations. This hotel is in the heart of Soho - but remarkably quiet and removed from the hustle/bustle of this vibrant part of London. Would stay here again.

25 Aug 2026We loved our stay at the The Resident Soho and would definitely book here again in the future. We only stayed the one night (wish it had been more), so we didn't get a chance to take advantage of the little kitchenette, but it was a nice bonus and on a future stay this would be so convenient. Loved the complimentary wine between 6-7PM in the lobby. That was such a nice bonus after our long travel day from Amsterdam. The staff were all very nice, professional, helpful and accommodating.
