Staff were very helpful, courteous, and took pride in their duties. Breakfast was great with a variety of options. Can't beat the location at the north end of Old Town near the Barbican Gate. Short walk from the Main Rail Station or trams. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel is very centrally located and close to all amenities. If you want a hotel with old charm and a rustic vibe then this is the place to stay. It has all the modern amenities a guest requires.
