Manager Ellias and the receptionist were all amazing, the staff guys that help with the luggage were the friendliest I ever seen in my entire life, they made up for me with a upgrade to a beautiful room for the miscommunication about vip properties and hotels.com sent me Champagne bottle and a beautiful card. I love this hotel, food was amazing too, best staff in entire city of London. Thanks guys

Lovely location with great views of London skyline. Not great for tube but this is offset by quietness of location and rooms. Rooms are furnished to high standard although could do with a bit more wardrobe space. Overall though worth the money and somewhere I will come back to. Be aware when booking that some rooms have no desk.

Every member of staff went above and beyond with their attentive service, the property was a delight with some lovely design features. We benefited from an upgraded suite which was a welcome treat for our wedding anniversary. The only minus - nowhere to hang bathroom towels !!
