Great location, just a short walk from Paddington Station. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom/toilet looked newly renovated. Overall, a pleasant and convenient stay.

A bit of a rabbit warren, as many of those old row house hotels are, but the room was large and airy. Staff quite friendly.

First time stay over 5 nights. Highlight: easiest shower I ever encountered - outstanding for control of hot water and overall water usage. Double room was an upgrade - large, clean and comfortable for a solo traveler. Have now booked this well-priced option for two more trips planned for next year. When you add in the warm welcome from the friendly, professional staff and the great breakfast room, this hotel is a great choice.

Wonderful place to stay. Large fans if needed for hot weather, a refrigerator, and friendly helpful front desk staff. A nice breakfast too. I had a room with two twin beds. I would stay here again.

8/10 Very good

Ideal location for Paddington, we stayed for a concert at Wembley and easy for the tube and also train back the following day. The hotel is basic with single glaze windows which meant we could hear the road all night. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was okay.

This hotel is in a great location if you're looking to travel in/out of Paddington Station. The room was good sized (typical UK hotel rooms tend to be a bit on the small side). We just had the continental breakfast which was perfect.

8/10 Very good

A convenient place to stay overnight on a business or leisure trip. A small single room was fine for my needs. Wifi, reasonable shower, clean, quiet. Breakfast so so, but adequate. I was recommended a nearby pub that did good food which was a historic and interesting place, with real ales.
