Check in was smooth and all staff we met were very friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful, spotlessly clean and with everything available to make our stay comfortable. Luxury is apparent everywhere, but not flashy like some hotels. Quality and comfort abound. We had such a lovely stay, the bed was super comfy and even the third bed we had put in the room was super comfy.
