Room clean & quiet, a good nights sleep- difficult in this part of town. Room tired but all good and clean. Nice helpful staff on reception when I arrived late. And they have parking. Will stay again when work needs excellent for low cost. If wife with me I would go somewhere less tired. Very good though.

Location was great, 5 min walk from Paddington and Lancaster tube station. Staff at the hotel was very welcoming and service minded. Breakfast I think closed a bit early(09:00), but the English breakfast was good with selection of with or brown bread different jam and a jug of tea or coffee all served at the table. The room was ok size, nice and clean.
