A hotel is close to Paddington Station and all the other sites. The breakfast was excellent! The facilities are obviously old and rundown in the room was very small.

Location was great, 5 min walk from Paddington and Lancaster tube station.
Staff at the hotel was very welcoming and service minded.
Breakfast I think closed a bit early(09:00), but the English breakfast was good with selection of with or brown bread different jam and a jug of tea or coffee all served at the table.
The room was ok size, nice and clean.

Comfortable stay, small room, hotel could definitely do with a lot of updating, don't think it has been done since the 70s,. Bedroom was small but comfortable and clean. Staff were helpful and breakfast was adequate. Selling point is definitely the location. 2 minutes walk to 2 tube stations with direct tubes to central London, but still quiet enough for a good night's sleep. Would stay again.

The staff were great very helpful and friendly. The big breakfast that was included was great we were surprised that it was order off a menu with great service and choices. It is an older hotel with smaller rooms. Has a bar and a nice lounging area. There are lots of good restaurants around the corner. Bella Italia was our favourite and we ate there every night. Paddington Station was a short walk away.
