The food was horrible, for a 4 star hotel is this not oke. The food was cold and one day it was even rare. Also not a lot of choice. Also the all inclusive was minimum. We had a little appartment with a pool. The appartment was good but not clean. When the woman came to clean she only did the floor and nothing more. The swimming pool was a nice size. We walked every day to the city.

Room was very basic. We had to ask for a shower curtain, mattress toppers as the beds were so hard, extension lead as there are no sockets near beds in second room and a fan as the air conditioning didn’t work very well so the second bedroom was like a sweat box. Bathroom stank constantly of drains and toilet was stained terribly. I was shocked to find the soft drinks were not proper brands such as coke or Pepsi. These tasted awful as they were cheap own brands. Only local spirits wine and beer in all inclusive. You had to pay for cocktails which were around 9 euros. Staff were really miserable and rude at bars in particular and man on reception in the evenings was so rude. Restaurant is chaos at peak times as it’s not big enough for the amount of guests staying. Food was ok and was replenished well. Pools were good with plenty of sun beds however a lot of sun beds were broken. This is a very honest review. This is definitely a 4 star hotel. It’s only got its stars for having extra facilities such as a spa, gym which you have to pay extra for. I would rate this more like 2 or 3 star max. Luckily we just used our room as a base as it was pretty awful to stay in.

Overall we where happy with the Hotel. The food was good and the staff where very nice. The pool was clean. The only issue we had was with the bar in the evenings. They often had only one barman on and where reluctant to serve more than one drink at a time. I would recommend the hotel though.

The Concrete bridge over the Pool Collapsed, Broke in half and fell into the Pool. It is luck no one was under it. Very scared of the bridge from he mail hotel up to the rooms behind.

We liked it and would stay again.
As a family we really enjoyed our stay here and would certainly go back there. The food was a good variety and plentiful, the hotel staff were were all friendly and helpful, the room we had was a four bed with the main bedroom having air con (the other room was a bit stuffy but the weather was very hot and the hotel itself is in a pretty good location with Hersonisos a 10/15 minute walk if you turn left, with shops bars and clubs. Turn right out of the hotel and it's a five minute taxi ride ( 8 euros) in to Stalida where there are mainly shops and family friendly bars, shops and very good restaurants.
Our only gripes were the all inclusive alcohol which was fairly limited as we've stayed at similar hotels and they have a bit more to offer and the edge of the pool was quite slippy.
But all in all it's a good place to stay. We like to mix it up a bit with a few nights in the hotel bar and restaurant and eating and drinking out and about which can be as cheap or expensive as you make it with a bit of research on google. Heraklion ( one of the main large towns) is worth a visit. It's half an hour on the bus and cost us €12.4 one way for a family of 4.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour au Méditerranéo hotel.
Le personnel est très professionnel, gentil, accueillant.
Je vais citer le Boss Haris,Michail et Évita à l'accueil,Angelo, Maya, Eva au restaurant,les barmen,les dames de ménage,les services techniques pour notre piscine etc...
J'aurais pu toutes et tous les citer, malheureusement je ne connais pas tous les prénoms.
Merci à toutes et tous pour ce merveilleux séjour.

Zeer net en mooie zwembaden, lekker eten . Sommige kamers zijn erg hoog gelegen en wij moesten elke keer 64 trappen doen. Best aangeven bij reservering als je dit niet wil. Ik zou zeker terug gaan.

Slecht eten, verouderd, luidruchtig, ontbijt ok
Kamer is verouderd , zeker als ze het een junior suite noemen. Zeer luidruchtig en tot laat in de uren. Avond eten was vreselijk, geen smaak, echt een vreetschuur, veel te druk. Geen gebruik kunnen maken van de zwembaden dus geen mening, kinderspeeltuin is niet veel waard. Binnen in een donker hok is er nog een playgarden voor kleinere kindjes. Receptie is ok, ontbijt ook.

We really enjoyed our stay here! We had a guest who was lactose intolerant and another who was gluten intolerant and the kitchen were very helpful with ensuring we got good food, and bought in gluten free bread and pasta for us. Amenities were great, and a brilliant karaoke etc in the evening run by the animation team! The reception and bar staff were absolutely fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay.

Vu le niveau de prestations, il ne manquait qu'un peignoir des pantoufles et une boite de mouchoir pour se croire dans un 4 étoiles.
Salle de bain avec cabine de douche et grande baignoire profonde.
