I stayed in a studio which was great! Spacious, high ceilings in my studio. Pool was great. Incredibly clean units. They tried to accommodate any request. They had wheelchairs readily accessible. All the employees were very welcoming and friendly.

Our first trip ever to St Kitts, and our stay at the Royal St Kitts Hotel was awesome. The location was so convenient to reach beaches, bars and some great restaurants. Even better, the entire staff was so friendly and welcoming! Smiling faces and warm greetings our entire stay. The rates were also very fair. The fact that it was family owned sealed the deal for us.

Wonderful Experience
We traveled to SKN for 15 days with a class from Centenary College of Louisiana. Myself and a professor had 15 students with us. When I say this place is amazing I mean that in all caps. The staff at all levels and all positions were the nicest and most accommodating people I’ve ever met… And not fake nice. They were genuine and caring and took pride in what they do. Our housekeeper has a side hustle making DELICIOUS roti helping us save money on a couple of lunches for our group… Angel (one of the bartenders) was so sweet and personal. They entire front desk staff helped us at every turn— seemingly knowing what we were going to need/want before we could ask. Joshua (maintenance/grounds) even kindly stepped in and talked to our class. The units were well put together and stocked with everything we needed. If we needed an additional pot or pan- they took care of that right away. We probably drank all their supply of hazelnut coffee and black/green tea (sorry about that y’all!). They asked which flavors of K-cups we liked best and kept them stocked to satisfy our caffeine addictions. The family style living room with pool tables, a gym, and tv’s was perfect for our students wanting to get out and socialize without leaving the property. The two pools and volleyball court were also well maintained and always accessible. The vet/med students who live there full time were also so kind and respectful! Thank you so much Royal St. Kitts for everything. We will be back!

Beautiful property and well worth the stay. Rooms are spacious and the kitchen has all the cutlery, gadgets, etc that could be needed. Restaurants on the premises have a wide range options so there is something for everyone. There is also a grocery store and several restaurants/bars in walking distance. Lastly, the pool was wonderful and towels were supplied to guests. Loved staying here and would highly recommend

A gem of a find!
The Royal St. Kitts is an amazing gem waiting to be discovered by adult couples looking for a place in the sun at a reasonable price. Great food at their restaurant, a beautiful pool, and a wonderful location to set out from is bound to catch any seasoned traveler off guard. The rooms were well furnished and cozy for a party of two. The staff is warm and accommodating, and security personal on the property was quite visible (if you need that reassurance), even though St. Kitts is one of the safest islands in the Caribbean.
