My stay at Grenfell was good for what it was. I only needed a place to sleep, so it was worth the price. But during the heatwave last week it was WAY too HOT and I had to go and purchase a fan. There wasn't much explanation of what was available to be used at the facility, but as I said, I really only needed the room to sleep in anyway.

Cost was very good. No AC, almost cbuy fans. If going there. Bring own pillows, extra towels. No Tv. Shops are not open, ,no food. Everything shutdown. Take own pillows. Lots of stairs. Walking trail near near by. And park nearby. Bus service stops at 6. No waterfront. Just couple malls. Driving there is crazy. Wish I had kept my hotel reservation. But wanted to be near my daughter. Shower and bath great but tub kind of mouldy around the edges. Roaked with heat had to buy

Well, you have to update your listing for them as they do not offer free parking or breakfast! Room was unbearably hot and was told they could not control the heat nor did they have a/c! Sorry, but don’t think I could ever stay there again

I really enjoyed the cost, communal kitchen, and area surrounding the campus. The grass fields with lawn chairs and picnic tables were very beautiful in particular- very welcoming. Upsettingly it was very warm, and actually hotter in the dorms than in other areas on campus. This compelled me to spend money on a fan for a more comfortable stay. I also did not have access to cleaning products and tools, meaning I was not able to keep my space adequately clean for my personal standards. I would have loved to either have a custodian cleaning my space (like at a hotel) or to have a broom handy to at least keep the floor clean of dirt that gets tracked in as it is such a small space.

The price was right for a private college summer room. Due to construction and the location of the room, it took about five minutes to carry our luggage up and down stairs, a hill and some long corridors to our room. The signage to the rooms was extremely poor, so we found a campus cop who could lead us to the room. The room was on a poorly heated ground floor so we needed to ask for extra bedding for warmth.

Property was clean, check in was easy. Even though it is dorm accommodations, there were four of us and the utensils were very limited. If I wanted another pot etc I would have had to "rent" them. Towels and face clothes provided were very thin. No television or radio. Yes I expected dorm style accommodations however for the price I would have expected to have enough utensils and towels.
