We had an excellent time, loved the hotel and the staff were very helpful. The lady who runs the outside pool area is wonderful, as are the life guards, both work very hard to find loungers for you and ensure you have a good time. The staff were excellent and extremely helpful. The location is the worst place rendering the experience being unsatisfactory. On the website they stated about shuttle bus services to the nearest town and after enquiry it turns out the shuttle service is only for the beach. Using local taxi services was very expensive and something we were not expecting. Breakfast was great, but the rooms had a sewage smell that the friendly staff couldn't get rid of and they were fully booked so they were unable to relocate us to a different room. With young family I will not revisit this hotel as location and amenities don't suite our needs

They helped us move rooms when we had noisy neighbours & helped with printing out our boarding passes. The breakfast was lovely, fresh every morning. The main attraction is for sure the swimming pool area & beautiful surrounding gardens, it feels so peaceful and they take such good care of the area. Looking out to the tranquil sea is an incredibly special feature of the property. Also a big shout out to Karim, Jamal, Hassan, Ghizlane, Brahim, Mohamed & Khadija! Love Jess & Evo x

**Fantastic Stay at Hyatt Taghazout**

Hyatt Taghazout exceeded all expectations! The stunning location, overlooking the ocean, provided the perfect setting for relaxation. The staff were incredibly attentive, making us feel truly welcomed. Our room was spacious, spotless, and offered breathtaking views. The dining options were exceptional, with fresh, delicious meals at every turn. Whether lounging by the pool or exploring the area, everything was top-notch. I can't recommend Hyatt Taghazout enough and can't wait to return!

The staff is amazing. It is not on the beach but I actually liked the vibe more than the other hyatt on the ocean. The pool food is terrible but the hotel buffet was great.

Villa was to old a basic 3star interior very bad. so changed to a king suite paid 200 more. The service is poor no one answers the calls. No water coming daily. No turn down. Realized on the 3rd night no body changed bedsheet. Breakfast is basic not 5 star standard. Staff is kind and friendly and generalous.Food is very pleasant and well served. Staff don't follow instructions well and my 2 requests for a special occasion was not done when was confirmed they would happen. That was very disappointing. View is breath taking. This is in my opinion 4.5 star. Lacks a lot of detail.
