I liked everything the only issue at times was the lack of English speaking staff. You must remember that you are in China. I have stayed at this hotel many times and the number of English speaking staff is improving.

Amazing, but...
It is amazing hotel. Everything is just amazing. Very Spacious Room, Comfort and Clean Bed, Nice Airconditioner, Tasty Breakfast, Even motorized curtain and screen. Only two things I feel sorry are water pressure is weak for shower. and Shower booth is too small. Bathroom is big, so they have a nice bath tub, but shower booth is very small. :)

Language barrier a big problem
I was a little disappointed that only one employee could understand English. Everytime I had needed assistance, the employee would have to find the one employee that spoke and understood English. I was also double charged for a meal purchased in the on-site restaurant and it took 6 employees to figure out the error. Other than that, the hotel is beautiful and clean. If you arrive late, do not expect to find any restaurants open close within walking distance of the hotel.

Comfortable stay
My room was clean and comfortable, so I enjoyed my stay while on a business trip recently. The staff at the hotel was also nice, some were even very friendly - and they could speak basic English, which helped me quite a bit. My only problem was getting a taxi back to the hotel after a business dinner late at night - because it is a relatively new hotel, not many drivers know the location. Overall, I had a good experience.

If you don't like big crowds and enjoy a quiet sleep, this hotel is for you. Hotel is new and clean, no funny smells, room is spacious. Takes a few minutes to walk to the nearest metro station. Shuttle to and from the airport and Disney park is available but you need to call 24 hrs ahead to make a reservation, and they only run limited schedules. However, you can line up for a taxi from the airport, which cost you about 80RMB.

Great hotel, ok service
Hotel itself is amazing, huge rooms, very clean and everything you need for a business trip (i.e. USB chargers, laptop size safe and sockets for UK appliances). As long as you don't need anything else and you're only there for the stay and a good breakfast, then this is perfect. But if you have any questions and you don't speak Chinese then nobody will be able to help as I found only 2 people amongst there whole staff who speaks a little bit English. Also the Executive lounge is now closed and you can order a dish in the lobby lounge instead, which is not the same as the lounge used to be. Also the metro only runs until 10pm and it's very difficult to get a taxi unless you are able to use a Chinese taxi app.
