This was an excellent and spacious flat in central London. Easy access from London Gatwick, close to the northern Line which had a little station only a short walk from the hotel. There are numerous restaurants close by, and even a Tesco express (grocery store) right next door. It was clean, had good facilities and comfortable beds. Would recommend this place.

Cleanliness Excellent throughout the apartment. The apartment was prepared with extras like a few tea bags and coffee sachets, a couple of dishwasher tablets and a couple of laundry tablets. Excellent kitchen area. Plenty of towels. Pretty much what you want on arrival. Very roomy apartment. It isn’t presented as a luxury apartment, but it was so good, and great value for London. There is a Tesco Express store within a few steps outside the entrance which is so useful. The reception staff were very helpful and pleasant.

Really great location - easy for underground / bus / national rail. Has a Tesco Express on ground floor of building which was so convenient. The Shard is only a couple of minutes walk away and Tower Bridge is walkable in 15 minutes. The apartment was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. Relatively quiet at night and always felt safe. The only negatives were no air conditioning in the apartment and the elevators are really small and get crowded after 4 people. They did supply us with fans which helped a lot during a crazy London heatwave. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, reception team were very friendly and accommodating. Loved the L'Occitane toiletries. Apartment was clean and sofa bed made up. Although on booking I knew there was no air conditioning, the apartment was very warm. Not much air flow when, around 30degrees. Would stay again but not in summer. Pleasant accommodation, especially if your stay is long. It is very spacious and well equipped with all the necessities. I believe it will be very comfortable for families with kids. It is quiet, but in the same time very close to the busy neighbourhood. There is a grocery store right at the building exit. Security seems to be great. On top of that you can get a wonderful view of the city. Recommend.
