Just terrible from start to finish.
From the moment of walking through front door I knew it wasn’t going to be. Done sort of Mexican band playing in the main entrance/bar area - which I could hear from 3rd floor in my room!!! Unable to hear the person when checking in! My room was then like a sauna! Temperature constant the whole night at 24 degrees!!!!! Unable to set temperature on the thermostat, in fact the temperature just kept rising! Very disappointing stay unable to get any good sleep because of how warm it was. Could not connect to Wi-Fi on my Mac, completely insecure Wi-Fi. Then when I went to check out, the person at the toll took my room card without saying anything or even looking up from the computer. Certainly won’t be using this hotel again!

Wished we had booked next door!
It took us half an hour to check in, despite 4 receptionists trying. Eventually a manager came out to do it. This made us late for our event. When asking if they had a room we could at least get changed in, they could only offer the toilet! Clearly the rewards membership was a waste of time one of the four/ five receptionists clearly read it as she noted and asked if we still wanted to be near the top - she booked us on level 2! Breakfast was overly expensive, so we didn’t bother. Bar area lacked atmosphere and was very expensive. Overall, a really disappointing stay that very much spoilt our weekend away
