西餐廳的防疫套餐沒有排餐有點可惜，雖然還是算好吃，但真的會懷念以前的排餐。 房間沒有冷氣的狀況，半夜有點悶。 不過整體來說還是經濟實惠的住宿選擇。

館內有很多櫻花(山櫻花、吉野櫻)還有銀杏,冬天、春天來訪定點旅遊的方式應該會很棒。 有些看起來荒廢的(三隻假綿羊)很可惜,希望可以整頓讓休憩空間更豐富 (住宿還有送青青草原門票 小瑞士花園門票 空中步道優待票),遊客可以先來賓館CHECK IN取票,再搭南投客運(NT20元/人)上去青青草原以免多花門票錢

早餐餐廳的菜色跟手藝很棒！👍 但是 房間隔音不好加上櫃台的反應很扣分！ 11/4住103-108號房外面有園區花園這區。本是豪華雙人房，但是因為私密性，所以窗簾也還是拉上的。 房間的隔音很差，浴室可以聽到很清楚的別人說話聲。衣櫃隔壁掛衣服的聲音超大聲，跟隔壁共用兩面的設計，明顯的是設計不良的結果。跟櫃台反應，得到的是不屑一顧的眼神，還說：那要看你隔壁住的是誰ㄚ！ 傻眼👀了我 不該是這樣的回應吧？服務業 去年秋冬也來住過，住另外ㄧ區，感覺很棒啊！ 結果這次.........

服務及客房清潔佳，設施稍嫌陳舊，公用廁所清潔有待加強，早餐樣式及變化較少。
員工服務不錯，房間打掃得滿乾淨的，但空氣清淨機按鈕壞了好幾顆應該要維修或淘汰。設施有點老舊，公用廁所有異味清潔有待加強。午餐選擇西式排餐有附自助吧很不錯，早餐樣式及變化較少，單純吃粗飽而已。

照片有陽台可以出入，訂房文字也是有陽台的房間，但是現場只有窗戶，沒有陽台可以出入。 房間乾淨、熱水充足，但我訂了陽台房型，卻被告知是「示意圖」，很失望。
