Room was clean and a good size, over the bath shower. Lakeside view was lovely. Peaceful stay in a quiet hotel. Breakfasts were hearty, fresh and locally sourced Cumberland sausages. Sunday roast good but the deserts were a disappointment. Overall happy we will be back to stay again

Parking was excellent. However when we got into our superior double room, the dual aspect views were fantastic but some of the issues we found were a bit upsetting as we spent £175 for 1 night. There was mould on 1 of the walls by the wardrobe, there was wood chipped off bedside table by side window and 1 of the lamps by the tv didnt even have a light bulb in it.
