It was very clean, very friendly , nice staff. They fixed any issue right away...ex: no shampoo in bathroom..went right to storage and got it. We are English in a French speaking place...they spoke to us in english..and very egar to surve

The reception was great, kind and accommodating. The hotel is old so the look in general is to be expected for such an old building. There is still carpet in some rooms which smell like strong carpet cleaner chemicals. I had to change rooms. Overall it’s acceptable if you don’t have many other options.

The receptionist was on speaker phone with somebody vacuuming when we arrived. He stayed on the phone even if he was serving me. The hallway was full of garbage bags and dirty linens on the floor. The first room he sent us in was dirty with old socks on the floor. He then showed us another room… We tried to cancel our reservation but all the other hotel of the region were full… we felt stuck. We resigned ourselves to stay and clean the room… we ask for clean sheets because some of them were stained or dirty. Sadly i don’t recommend that hotel.
