Lovely helpful reception team. I didn’t get to the Bull and the Hide til almost 1am but the team had sent me a code for the door and given clear directions as to where my room was. After a nightmare journey I came into a lovely warm room, spacious bathroom, a good selection of hot drinks, water coke, biscuits and crisps. Lovely fluffy towels. Bed was super comfy as were the pilllows, I’d definitely stay here again

The room itself was very comfortable, with a large bed, good-quality bedding, and a proper full-size bath. Because the hotel sits on a pedestrian street, it was peaceful throughout the night and we slept really well.

Guided to our room, given no information other than the key. No fridge, no ice, no waters, nor information on how to check out. Found multiple hairs in the sheets, and a dead bug. The shower doesn’t drain at all…water got all over the bathroom. The bar downstairs also no longer serves food. I would not recommend staying here.
