Nonsense
The hotel is nice from the outside and quiet. Housekeeping has an attitude upon checkout and front desk associate as well. The front desk associate sit behind a sign saying they are away from the desk even though you can see them. COVID has them on a toggled cleaning service and the front desk makes you wait until 3pm to exchange linen. Some of their processes don't make sense when the laundry is right behind the front desk but the associate can't exchange linen. I was told to maybe wash them myself. Price too high for subpart services and attitudes.

The staff was very friendly & helpful. The carpet & flooring areas in the room needed cleaning. A part fell off the microwave knocking over a drink. When cleaning it up, the towel that was used was filthy as if the floor had not been mopped in a long time. The a/c unit was very noisy. Had to ask for shampoo & additional towels. No coffee maker in the room, but that had been noted that on their site. One could be purchased for $20.

Extended Stay - cheap apartments .
You should know that this is an Extended Stay that is basically home to a lot of people . The room was dirty. Food on walls , blinds broken , floor is dirty and sticky .. had to wear shoes the whole time or your feet stuck to the carpet . The room above us had kids running and jumping until 2 am both nights . Had a knock on our door at 1am with someone looking for “debbie that lived here “. On a positive note - staff is friendly , bed was comfortable and given the condition of the room we didn’t have bedbugs or roaches so that’s a plus . It’s close to major shopping and quick access to the freeway . Would I stay again — NO .
