Staff explained well the dining experience, what to expect and how to eat and the food served. Onsen was great. Kobe to this place was only 1 bus ride and direct. Then just walk leisure 3mins to the hotel.

The location is simply amazing, just at the doorstep of shopping street and staff service and hospitality is simply top-notch and sincere. Hotel staff are very nice and helpful. Location is good and convenient. Shops and restaurants everywhere. We could also find a catholic church nearby which is only a few minutes walking distance from the hotel. We really had a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Ryokan with great hot spring and kaiseki meals !
The ryokan was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The hotel was very easy to find and located next to the bus station. We arrived a bit before 3pm and were able to check in right away. The dinner and breakfast were awesome and we love both the gold and silver onsen there. It was a great experience and we would recommend this ryokan to people who are visiting the Arima Onsen area.
