6/10 Good

Staff were very amenable and friendly, room could do with an upgrade, broken and damaged furniture, sealant all over doorframe in bathroom, radiator needs bleeding
Lesley, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Dirty room and bathroom. No bar/lounge, breakfast awful. Ridiculous that you have to pay for parking. Shower poor

Jason, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Staff very nice on front desk on arrival. Room was tired. Toilet didn't properly and no power in the shower at all. Bedding had a stain on duvet cover. Reception not open 24/7 so had no one to contact. Beds hard but that suits me so that was a good thing. No breakfast included. No one to hand key to in the morning so left in box.
Holly, 1-night trip

Nice staff

I didn't like the breakfast at all. There was an Indian restaurant without a bar. Plenty of parking.

It was great staying at the hotel. Ideal for going to the family BBQ a short distance away. We are waiting for a refund as we didnt have breakfast. Thank you for a comfortable stay.

Don’t stay here unless last resort

Poor condition water pressure in shower awful paid £4 for breakfast that wasn’t even available!
Rhys, 1-night trip

Issues with shower water reported, seem ongoing issue based on other past reviews. Door closing noise apparent from adjacent rooms.
D, 2-night trip

First stay

Brilliant service easy to contact staff via what’s app nice and quiet place to stay
Shaun, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

Room had an unpleasant smell on entering, curtains dirty and heating in the room was not on.
Brian, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

The rooms have been partially refurbished, so could do with a full refurb. Should be an option to dine in for breakfast rather than a takeaway breakfast.
Jason, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Hotel room bland. Machine to check in wasn’t working. No one around to ask. When got into the room it was freezing. Bathroom freezing. Shower rubbish. Really not worth the money and won’t be staying again. When done to reception I. Evening unhelpful and didn’t even apologise .
Faye, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

The staff were quite helpful and the on site restaurant (Bazzaan) Manager was really good at making guests feel comfortable. Food from the restaurant was also fantastic. I would recommend a stay.
Oladipupo, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

The guy on reception was nice but the room was ok and the bathroom a bit scruffy.very strange water pressure issues to much via the taps but hardly any through the shower. It wouldn't take much to make this into a really nice hotel.
Jackie, 3-night trip
