This Hotel was fine. Clean, great shower. Didnt see any staff, but then i didnt need anything. For a basic overnight stay it was perfect really. I was lucky to have a room at the back. So it was quiet

Maybe not …
No reception, No receptionist, in fact not a single soul in sight for 24 hours, and for sure - not in the safest area of Corby.

4/10 Fair

The hotel was basic but clean. Bathrooms were by reception. Linen and towels also clean. Beds were comfy too. England was playing which was screening in the pub over the road. The noise was not stopped by shutting the wndow. There was live music which kept me awake until 2am. Tea and coffee facility was sufficient.

Great value for money
Fairly basic accommodation but great value for money. There was some noise from other residents throughout the night, however the night we stayed was the night England beat Switzerland in the Euros on a Saturday, so this may be behind this and probably not typical. Parking was fairly straightforward. There is a free public carpark barely a minute walk from the hotel. There didn't appear to be anywhere to eat in the hotel. However there is a pub directly opposite, a Chinese takeaway about 3 doors down and a variety of places within a short drive.

Absolutely fine for the price, comfy bed, clean room. Bathroom facilities were clean despite being shared Outside pub was extremely noisy Would be nice if the vending machine took card payments not just cash But would use this hotel again as it was fine for a night

Budget hotel with no frills
The hotel is quite basic and not the biggest of rooms. However it served our purpose of a weekend away. The bathroom was shared and it was a bit of a walk down the corridor and past reception. We used tge shower which was good. Free parking in a carpark a very short walk away and very central to what we were doing. I would recommend it and stay there again,

Noisy
Reception staff were very friendly, the room looked clean and the bed was comfortable. However it was very noisy at night, people were constantly going in and out of their rooms, slamming doors, shouting at 2-3am. I would advice everyone to bring earplugs. The price of the room was reasonable.
Jozsef, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

No one on reception just a code to get in to hotel and your room. Very small room, no windows and stuffy. You can hear everyone else at all hours using bathrooms or moving around or a thing tv. Beds very worn. Overall poor hostel level imo.

Booked for 4 nights, stopped 1
Even though it is not en-suit, I found the toilets were a little too far away, I could hear the oppupants in other rooms around me and the doors made a noise everytime you open them because of the keypad system, the parking consisted of parking the street and moving the car before 9 or a carpark around the courner whitch did not give me the best confidence of parking my car there, the hallway and the room was un as the floors were dirty and i found hairs in my bed, the service was not too good as the attendent was always in the room next to the desk and took their time to see to you, and to top it all off and why I only spent one night there, i found a spider in my bed because the window was left open before my arival
4-night trip

6/10 Good

The actual room itself was small but clean and the ensuite had what was needed. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of storage for the time I would be staying. But... Whilst the room had a fan there was no way to get fresh air into the room as there was no window, so just moving hot, stale air around. The biggest issue I had was the soundproofing... or lack of it... you could hear every word or movement of people in the corridors and as the door lock beeps every time someone uses it this also can be heard very clearly. I know you get what you pay for, and hence the 'average' score. Bring earplugs and request a room with a window and you might be fine!

2/10 Poor

Never again!
Had to urgently book a room for myself & a friend. This seemed OK on the face of it, but things rapidly went downhill. I had booked & paid for the room, but my friend got there first (no problem). Room was adequate, although all 3 bathrooms were right at the other end of the property (we had to go through reception to get there). We were under the impression we had also booked breakfasts, but as the reception wasn't manned, it wasn't easy to question this or even ask WHERE to go. Room windows were locked closed (with no key available) & there was no way to alter the stifling heat in the room. To add insult to injury, the website I booked through requested they refund me - they flatly refused. Avoid like the plague!
