Horrible place .Nothing was as advertised
When i arrived it was like i was someone they didn't like ( a very Rude man greeted me) . First thing i had to do is provide photo I.D then pay for my 2 night stay in full Plus £100 deposit for the 2 nights . Then they told me no room for parking so had to go down the road to park at a different hotel ( IF I KNEW THAT I WOULD OF STAYED AT THE OTHER HOTEL )the first night the fire alarm went off at 12.30 am . For 1/2 A hour .No apologies nothing . Wifi was rubbish ended up turning it off and using mobile network . Then to top it all off went down for advertised breakfast to some old bread with no butter or cultery .it was a disaster

- I paid continental bfast but non provided, I requested a refund but refused by hotels(dot)com.
- Too noisy
- 11am the checkout time but cleaners knocking at my door at 9:30am
- Staffs are arguing infront of customers

Check-in was complicated as e-mail warning of the £50 up-front deposit and need for photo ID was sent to junk mail.
Parking is advertised as included in the price, when it’s available on a first come, first served basis and there are only TWO spaces!
Bed was not comfortable, only 1 pillow and that felt like resting your head on a patio slab!!
On the plus side it was exceptionally cheap and I guess you get what you pay for.

£100 pre authorised payment asked at hotel but £50 on the email I received. They took £100. Staff seem rude and unhappy which is not a great vibe . You end up just ignoring them on reception because of this. Breakfast is non existent. Meant to be continental . Paid £50 a room which is about right. Wouldn’t want to pay any more than this

Booked with Continental Breakfast but NOT Provided
I booked with this Hotel but they sent me to Best Western... I paid with Continental Breakfast but when i got my slip it as no breakfast i even show the reception that stated in my booking...This twice already happened to me so avoid this 2 hotels at all cost. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED

Avoid! Bed bugs!!!
BED BUGS!!! Avoid at all costs. Staff were very friendly and helpful however at about midnight while watching a movie on my laptop, I noticed something crawling towards my face over the pillow. I quickly swatted it and turned the light on to find a patch of blood and another bed bug sat next to it. Felt very itchy afterwards and couldn't sleep in the bed so slept on a very small, uncomfortable sofa. After finally getting to sleep for an hour my neighbours came back at about 4.45 and despite them being on the floor above and me having my TV on I could hear every word of their conversation.

Room is clean. Unless one has a reason to be in Ilford, con consider this budget horel. There are many other budget hotes within the vicinity to consider.

Would not recommend. No AC/fan during a heat wave! To make matters worse when it was time to show me my room I was taken to a hotel that was not the one I booked under the guise that it’s their “sister” hotel.
To make matters worse I had to pay a “deposit”‘that instead of being returned to me during check out I was told would be returned me after 5 working days.
The worst hotel experience I have ever had in my life. I don’t see myself returning. Better if staying at ibis budget or some other hotel within a similar price range but much better quality.

Fantastic location for the price
Friendly reception staff. Nice spacious room and location is fantastic with an entrance to Ilford station literally a few doors down from the hotel. Will definitely be returning.
