Beautiful hotel! We stayed on the top floor room which had an amazing balcony with a view of the Three Cities. Staff was very attentive and room was clean and spacious and stylish. Very close to the Upper Barrakka Gardens. Convenient location within walking distance of all major spots in the city, but the street itself was quiet. Would definitely recommend =)

The two lady receptionists were very helpful, e.g.: asked how my room was, then fixed the problem of the air-conditioning, though it took 2 goes; quickly offering coffee as needed; helped ordering transport to the airport, coming out to where I was waiting in the next street, to say the car was stuck in traffic, then waited with me until he arrived. The balcony was pleasant but too busy sightseeing to use it.

Excellent/wonderful check-in young lady, she was just great. 19 Euro taxi ride from the airport, 30 Euro from hotel back to Airport. Great location, walk to all sites. Great A/C. Great Hot water. Very new and update room and bathroom. Very quiet location. Excellent breakfast. Excellent service. Refrigerator was worthless and never cold. Very nice private patio. Nice quality bed linens. Hot water didn't work in my shower. Manager was rude instead of apologetic. He did offer a new room, but I hate moving rooms after I've fully unpacked, and the manager did not offer assistance in this process. So, it was cold showers for me! Also, my carpet was astroturf. Make sure that's your thing before you book here. Overall, not the relaxing hotel stay for which I was hoping.

L'hôtel est idéalement situé, à 5min à pieds de l'entrée principale de La Valette, à 5min de l'embarcadère pour Gozo ou bien les trois cités. A 3 min de la co cathédrale St Jean. Et à proximité immédiate de tous les restaurants. L'ensemble du personne est très chaleureux, toujours prêt à rendre service et à répondre aux interrogations. On nous a préparé des petits dejeuners à emporter le jour du départ, comme nous partions à 4h15 du matin. La chambre est spacieuse (302), bien décorée, avec bouteilles d'eau, cafetière Nespresso, douche à l'italienne, climatisation. Très bonne literie également. Enfin excellent petit déjeuner avec du "vrai" jus d'orange frais. Je recommande

Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers gut, allerdings waren drei Sachen kaputt (unter anderem das elektronische Türschloss) und wegen Feiertag konnte die Reparatur erst zwei Tage später stattfinden. Dann war mein Aufenthalt schon zur Hälfte vorbei… Die Lage ist toll, zu bedenken ist, dass der Hoteleingang mitten in einer Treppengasse liegt und der Koffer getragen werden muss.
