Two (2) rooms were booked for my family of four (4). Accomodations to the room was poor. Rooms were small, smelled musty, bed lumpy and bedding thin/old. Did not feel safe in hotel. Evening front desk person was unfriendly. Next visit to Tokyo will pass on staying at this hotel.

Theres actually nobody at the front desk in the morning to confirm check out. Expedia also never mentioned that theres only housekeeping once in 7 days. Otherwise the hotel was fine for Asian standards and it could be slightly cleaner with fewer hair strands in the washroom.

Not expecting a large room because of the price. Room is clean and everyday. Cleaning service is offered per request. Bed is tiny (twin size), it's OK for a couples with Asian size to sleep.
Lots of restaurants around with couple of minutes walk. And around 6-8 minutes walking distance to take the Tokyo Metro.
The front desks are friendly and willing to help. They speak simple English but not fluent. We were allowed to store our lugages in the hotel after checked out. I will come visit again on my next visit Tokyo :-)

Really bad 12 hours experience. Dirty bed,bath, air condition couldn't heat up in one and half hour. No shower towel, you have to go front desk to ask...ask them if we can change to nother room. Told everyt room is same. Have to modify journey then check out 4 AM. Hope there is 0 star opinion.

This hotel has issues. There are dehumidifiers everywhere, even the one elevator. When I arrived there was no one at the desk, waited 1/2 hr before someone came. Was later told that they dont come in until 3 pm. Left luggage was un-attended. No amenities whatsoever, no coffee, tea etc.
Would never recommend. Filter in bathroom was filthy. I feel sorry for the staff that works there
