Couple of nights stay for my partners birthday. Staff were very friendly and due to nature of visit, upgraded our room for free. Room was clean and comfortable. The entire property was very well looked after.

The rooms were clean and beautiful. The staffs at the reception and the cleaning lady were courteous and helpful.
I am giving 4🌟 because the bathroom in one of the rooms wouldn't flush properly and there was no toothbrush/paste in the bathroom.

Great hotel and have added 2 paddle ball courts since I last stayed. Food and service great all it needs now is a pool.

Staff was friendly the room view of the golf course itself was good. Right on the T off. The down side was the breakfast. Very disappointing and ended up going down into chipping Norton to go to bakery.

Disappointing 3 star place
Location is great, beautiful views over the fields. Rooms were not that clean and corridor outside is dirty with bits of half eaten breakfast bars and lots of mud everywhere. Also you have to pay £15 to check in 1 hour early!

A great stay & we will visit again
A lovely friendly welcome with an upgrade to a studio. The room was large, very clean with lovely views.
A restful stay, the only negative was the bed was a little too soft for what we are used to.
We enjoyed drinks in the bar and breakfast was great and offered plenty of choice.
We will return again in the future.
