8/10 Good

the hotel is centrally located and very reasonably priced, the staff are very helpful, the building is old and for the price its peculiarities are liveable with. This was my second stay and I would stay there again
janet, 4-night trip

10/10 Excellent

For the price this place is excellent. You are paying the price of a hostel but you have your own room, a decent bathroom and tea making facilities. The hotel has seen better days, and if you want something swanky pay another £100 per night. Staff were helpful, room was clean, and location is spot on.
Richard, 1-night trip

4/10 Poor

Very run down. Our room was clean and comfortable. No food and bar closed. We stayed 18 months ago, very dissapointed at how the place has gone down hill in that time. Staff were amazing cannot fault them, friendly, helpful, polite.
teresa, 3-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Great stay for a couple of nights.
Sital, 2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Great views from the windows, lovely stay
Pati, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

Hotel was fine but restaurant and bar were unexpectedly closed and the garden was overgrown and unusable. Early morning Street noise was loud and woke us up. Staff especially Rachel went above and beyond to welcome and assist us. Excellent location within the town and surrounding area.
Jacqui, 2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Lovely place to stay, rooms are comfortable and clean. We only stayed for one night but would happily stay longer. Great views over the Bristol channel
Alan, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

Beautiful building, good location.
Richard, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

It is a quiet and simple hotel. They deliver on what they promise. The front staff was very helpful.
Jaison, 2-night trip

8/10 Good

Very reasonable rates with no meals just nice clean bedrooms in scenic surroundings
Maureen, 3-night trip

4/10 Poor

Great location, great staff, property in need of lots of maintenance, lift out of use, kitchen closed so no food, bar shut, building very run down and out dated.
Peter, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

Very old, charming building that has seen better days and could do with some updating and new decoration. However was clean and was very close to local shops and places to eat. Also have to say the Receptionist, Rachel was fabulous and was very helpful and had great local knowledge which helped when planning our stay. There is a small car park for the hotel for which you pay £6 per day and this needs to be booked directly with the hotel as spaces are limited. Would certainly go back for another visit.
Janice, 2-night trip

8/10 Good

Great location, friendly staff, good size room but a bit old. Overall good value for the price
Kewalin, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

Top floor, lovely view, nice staff, surprised they dont do breakfast or any food, they have a BAR but no license so they cant serve alcohol, such a shame as its in a perfect place
Martin, 3-night trip

8/10 Good

It is good value for money but there is no food, not at breakfast, no bar, a kettle and tea and coffee in the room. Very central and very helpful staff
janet, 4-night trip

6/10 Okay

Old tired Hotel, very surprised that they don't do food, and no license to sell alcohol, friendly lady on reception, bed was comfortable nice shower, lovely view of the sea, just a very tired old hotel
Martin, 1-night trip

2/10 Terrible

No hot water at all, took ages to get a fan, broken window in room so couldn’t open it up. Loud noise from rooms next door. Staff on reception just on their phone and not bothered to help. Avoid at all costs
Simon, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Exactly what we needed :)

We had a lovely stay here, the room was gorgeous and spacious and the view was beautiful.. The lady on reception was a delight! We would happily stay again!
Ms A, 1-night trip

2/10 Terrible

Worst hotel stay I have ever had. I had 8 rooms booked for a stay with friends. No hot water for showers etc, toilets broken or blocked! Rooms were unclean on arrival. Lifts were out of use. Not to mention one room had money go missing.
Samuel, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

Great location

The location of the hotel was perfect for walking to the Valley of the Rocks and the coastal path. We had a room only but that suited us and the service was friendly and helpful.
Anne, 2-night trip

8/10 Good

Great hotel, we really enjoyed our stay.
Kelly, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

The top room view was beyond expected. My wife was over the moon happy, which was all I wanted. Over 200 photos between us.
Matthew, 1-night trip

6/10 Okay

Extremely run down
amanda, 1-night trip

6/10 Okay

Traditional building with some defects. Elevator, bar & restaurant were not avaible. Windows not allowed to open. Big advantage is low price.
Wilfried, 1-night trip
