The Royal Esplanade was the perfect spot for our stay in Ryde. It is just across from the main bus transfer spot to get the Breezer and Coastal buses. It is clean and has an excellent cooked breakfast included with the rooms. I will stay there again when we return to Ryde.

We traveled from the USA. We had a wonderful stay. We took the Hovercraft across the water and the Hotel was directly across the street The staff was very helpful and kind. The bath towels were very nice. The only thing missing for me were face washcloths. Our breakfast was included and was delicious and plentiful. Because it is such a spacious hotel, I was able to meet with my cousin and aunt I hadn’t seen in 50+ years inside the hotel. I was able to purchase tea and coffee and cake for us to enjoy while we visited.

The staff were amazing and the room was very clean. The view from the room was amazing. The only fault I could give was the WiFi was very inconsistent. Sometimes it was adequate other times I couldn’t get any signal and I wouldn’t be able to stream on the lowest settings without it buffering constantly.
