The staff were some of the nicest people I’ve ever come across in any hotel I’ve been to. They were extremely helpful when I lost my phone in the uber getting to the hotel and immediately did everything they could to help me retrieve the lost phone. Staff were easy to find and friendly. Hotel is near Kings Cross/St. Pancras, Great Ormond Street Hospital and many museum. There are also grocery stores nearby and a park. It was basic but it accommodated our family of 5 and was very much appreciated. We experienced shared toilets/showers, while it would have been preferred to have an en suite, the toilets/showers were plentiful and always clean.
