Not as described
The hotel was okay. My room was top floor with low Ceiling so comfort wasn’t great. Also tv was basically on the floor. And the window was broken. The breakfast advertised was in another building completely so would be seeking refund for that as was not useful

Very good 8.0
Easy check in. Clean, modern rooms. Have stayed here a few times and like the fact that every room so far has had a desk and also a fridge.

Uncomfortable, Loud, No Compensation.
The room itself was very clean and warm. However it was very very tiny. In our room (5A) you could hear everyone walking around the corridors and laughing/talking in their own rooms. I tried to keep the window open because the room was uncomfortably warm but I could hear loud dripping water smacking the floor outside our window and because it was a small back alleyway it echoed. Did not have a good night sleep as the bed was a small double. The shower was alright. We booked for 2 nights but only stayed for 1 as we decided to go home from our event and were told that we cannot have a refund for 1 of the nights. Poor effort for the staff

Good 6.0
Good for a one night stay. Shower was unusable.
For a budget hotel where I was staying one night, I cannot complain too much. The single room I was in was small but was in a good and c lean condition. The bedding was clean and I was able to sleep well. However the bathroom was questionable. Toilet was fine, but the shower really needs a serious deep clean. The waste plumbing is also questionable, flushing the toiler should not cause waste water to gargle in the shower cubicle, not where I want to put my feet! Oddly enough I did not use the shower during my stay.

Exceptional 10.0
Excellent value for money
The hotel staff were really helpful. Perfect location for us as we were within walking distance of shepherds Bush tube station so everything in London was easily accessible. Also within walking distance from the Eventim Apollo to see Nativity, the musical. The room was clean, in good condition with everything we needed. Breakfast was good too. We will definitely use this hotel again and would definitely recommend.

Disappointing Service
Room was very basic. Mattress was very uncomfortable - you can feel the springs. Shower room was basic and full of calc. Breakfast was served across the road from a not so organised basement. I would not stay there again.

Tired Room
Hotel room very tired and cramped. Breakfast was in building across the road. Location was perfect for where we were going.

Good location but hotel could of been better
Overall not too bad, located in a great area but the room could have been better. There was no hand towel or bath mat and after I used my towel once it was taken away by the cleaners and they didn't provide me with another towel despite me still having another nights stay. I would of asked for another towel but no one was around on reception to ask. The tea cups and tea spoons were also dirty and I had to wash them before using.

Budget stay
Staff at reception were helpful & friendly, easy to check in and check out. Stayed on second floor. Everywhere looked freshly decorated, so it gave an initial clean welcoming look. However there were lots of little things that could be improved: the beds were comfortable but there were no mattress protectors, and the beds weren’t made up to a great standard - one of the duvets had a significant yellow (curry or burn) stain on & initially we wondered if bed had even been changed as the sheet wasn’t tucked in well, the sheets were a little small, revealing the unprotected mattress. The lampshade still had its cellophane wrapping on, The kettle had dirt deposits in it which put us off making tea & put us off staying for breakfast. Bathroom was new& modern & The shower was great but could use a little bleach for spots of mould in areas. The building has some structural damage, there was evidence of a water leak on the ceiling of our room, and there was a wet patch on the floor by the bed (smelt fine not damp). In 2 places the floor felt like there were big holes under the carpet. It was a convenient location for Shepherd’s Bush empire - just 5 minutes walk away. The road was quiet at night (for London) there was a useful convenience store open very late just a 2 mins walk away. The price was good value so it met my expectations. I would stay there again If I needed to and was on tight budget, and needed somewhere just to sleep/wash, but I wouldn’t choose it for a ‘holiday’

single bed stay
Friendly service. Bed was well made and updated furnishing but when looking closer you can see it wasn't very clean. Also checking out could do with a post-type box for early check out as only way was leaving card on the side where strangers can come and take one. Please upgrade windows for the main road as is very noisy and also a plug socket in front single room isnt working- no member of staff around to let know- sorry. Positive- comfy bed, friendly staff, good location.
