Good location, great staff, no so good rooms.

Good location close to a lot of metro stations. Staff are great and lots of complimentary items to offer. However the rooms are tiny, I wouldn't recommend it for more than a single person. The head of the bed is right next to the window and the curtains are light, so light and cold air goes directly onto your head. Barely enough room to open a suitcase.

It was our second time to stay at this hotel. Location is close to the Tokyo Station, restaurants, shopping malls, and convenience stores. The staffs were really friendly and helpful. Big shout out to Artem, Wenyi, and all the other staffs for such a wonderful experience.

Good location a short walk from Tokyo Station and just beside 2 different train lines, making getting around a breeze. Rooms are small but pretty standard for central Tokyo. Old days Japanese style, combination of dark colour wall and black carpet, very tight room size, tiny bathroom. 15 mins walk to Tokyo Marunouchi station or 15 mins walk to Ginza shopping street. Confusing google map not properly direct us to the hotel. The only benefit is, there is direct train line from/to Narita or Haneda Airport.
