Beautiful venue and location in London , away from all the tourist crowds which happens at the week-end. Perfect typical Four Seasons service standards- everyone is so friendly with a non-frosty , arrogant nature. Always wanting to support or engage when necessary. Room was amazing and the house keeping team were brilliant. We ate in the Chinese/Japanese restaurant Mei Ume which is set in a beautiful dining room. The food was delicious and service very good. The Four Seasons always provides spectacular service, but this hotel really did an incredible job of providing top notch service. The staff was so helpful and kind throughout our stay. The location is right outside the Tower of London and close to the Underground.
