Brilliant hotel very clean and modern but if you are light or noise sensitive don't be in the basement at the front due to the outside spotlight and being under the reception. Would definitely stay again in a different room. Paddington just round the corner and a 20 minute walk to Hyde park.

Very much as advertised. Great location near Paddington, friendly staff, clean, but the rooms are very small and the building overall has a very cramped feeling. Was ideal for my recent stay, only wish the rooms had a little more room for a functioning desk. When I asked about this, they did allow me to use the breakfast dinning area for more space to spread out my stuff, which was nice and quite. Lots of great dinning options nearby.
