Its a really cute boutique hotel in walking distance of food and a quick urber ride to the bourbon street area.

Very clean, comfortable room with real coffee mugs and cool record player. Loved all the little details and decorating which honored its history as a sugar factory. The breakfast was very good. And the staff excellent!

Enjoyed New Orleans
The Mercantile Hotel is located in the heart of the business district. It is also in an area where all the restaurants, casino's, and 6 minutes from bourbon street. The staff was courteous the rooms are spacious. VIP parking is also a plus. This will be my go to spot whenever I visit New Orleans again.

Nice Place to Stay
The staff at The Mercantile are fantastic from the very welcoming and helpful front desk staff to the breakfast dining room staff. It is great that the rooms are suites, and for the first time since I have stayed here before, I played the record player. It's also nice to see that the Warehouse district has certainly built up, and there are many restaurant options within walking distance.
