It was ok, but there was smoking everywhere even though they say strictly non-smoking. The rooms are difficult to get into with luggage, and the people above us were so loud I thought they might come through the floor.

I had a wonderful stay! The best thing about this hotel is the staff — they are exceptionally polite and professional, which made my experience very pleasant. Checked in and checked out with ease. The beds are also wider and more comfortable than those in other hotels in the area. The location is perfect, close to all amenities including shops, the tube, restaurants, and even a church. Highly recommended!

We stayed in the room by the front door and you could hear everything that happened in the street. Lots of police, ambulances and fire engines pass up and down the street. The room was tidy, but shows signs of age and is tired.

Servicably clean rooms with IKEA type furnishings. A great location to use as a homebase for exploring London. We found the 10 min walk to Hammersmith became our favorite route.

Room had damp which caused our pillows near the window to be wet.
No hand towel for the bathroom and felt the room was dirty.
Didn’t want to go complain at reception due to having to go out of the hotel, cross the road and go to reception which was in a different hotel. Not wanting to waste time
