The hotel is easy to locate, though reception is situated in a neighboring building. The front desk staff felt somewhat unprofessional and unwelcoming. On a positive note, they kindly allowed us to store our luggage both prior to the 2 PM check-in time and after checking out. However, basic amenities like a hairdryer and iron were missing, with no instructions on how to request them. Finding staff was difficult later in the evening, as reception was unstaffed when we went down around 9 PM to ask for a hairdryer. While the room and bathroom were clean, space was extremely tight. Reaching the room required carrying luggage down about 9 steps into a basement, which was quite difficult; hotel listings should clearly state room locations so guests with heavy bags or mobility concerns know what to expect. Noise was another major issue—the paper-thin walls meant listening to neighboring snoring for nearly eight hours, making sleep difficult. Location-wise, there are convenient shops nearby, including a local Sainsbury’s directly across the street (though it closes early). Overall, due to the tight spaces, stairs, and noise, it isn’t very comfortable for families or travellers with heavy luggage. Overall rating: 7/10.

I stayed at this hotel while my wife was in hospital at the time ,A had a single room & it was a Lovely room with shower ,sink and toilet can be closed off with door - tv ,small desk and chair with fridge and tea & kettle facilities - was floor 3 lots stairs - though the only thing I would say is please take down about the breakfast as there isn’t options for it so little misread,but definitely lovely little room and good price - worth it

I had a wonderful stay! The best thing about this hotel is the staff — they are exceptionally polite and professional, which made my experience very pleasant. Checked in and checked out with ease. The beds are also wider and more comfortable than those in other hotels in the area. The location is perfect, close to all amenities including shops, the tube, restaurants, and even a church. Highly recommended!

The room stank of toilet drain that you couldn’t get rid off by opening windows- otherwise was also not the cleanest room / dust and hair in the bathroom. No one around in the morning to take key back or for any other help / photos of the property are misleading how big the rooms are - or that they are offer breakfast . Which they are not .
