We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the location was perfect—very central and ideal for the theatre we were visiting. Before heading off, we enjoyed a delicious coffee and pastry, which was the perfect start to the day. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room had everything I needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. A lovely hotel with friendly service and a great location. Wonderful location and well appointed rooms, quiet , but the room was just too small. It is advertised as such but the reality was quite hard to bear. Maybe for people travelling extremely light it may have been acceptable. Rooms cleaned daily and furnishings were of a high standard.

Fantastic stay. The staff were incredibly helpful, polite and kind, especially when I had a small issue with a bag, which turned out to be entirely my own fault. The room was very small, so you do need to be prepared for that, but it was extremely comfortable and ideal for a short stay. The air conditioning was exceptional, which made a huge difference, and despite being right in the centre of Soho, the room was wonderfully quiet at night. The bar was also very reasonably priced for tea and coffee, and they made a fantastic espresso. I have no complaints at all. It is a great choice if you want somewhere central, comfortable, quiet and easy. I would definitely stay again.
