Our stay was very pleasant. the hotel had nice views of the harbor and town. This was an anniversary trip and the location was close to the airport, but not too close and also close to many of the best hiking trails in the area.

Good if you are taking flight. Close from airport. Cheap and clean good option if you are tight on budget. We got room at 3rd floor walk up. Not something I prefer with luggage. Parking was bad. No parking available.

Great experience all around
Seu Antônio is very friendly and caring. He made everything possible to accommodate any requests I had. The family works really hard in the restaurant and hotel. Breakfast was simple but very good and fresh. The area is very central in Machico, 5 minutes walk from the beach. Many restaurants and grocery stores around, within 10 min walking. There’s also a great co working space at the Machico Forum (3 minutes from the hotel) in case you’re in Madeira working remote. Wifi was great! Works excellent. The room was very clean. The single room is more outdated, but the double room was great and had a nice balcony facing the ocean. I could fall asleep listening to the waves. Would definitely stay there again, affordable and overall great accommodation.

Première et dernière fois
Mauvaise expérience pour nous. Nous n'y retournerons jamais. L'accueil n'était pas absolument pas aimable. Il y a beaucoup de moisissures au plafond dans la salle de bain. Nous avions demandé à l'avance un lit bébé (proposé dans l'annonce). Pas de réponse à cette demande. En arrivant nous demandons s'il est bien prévu dans la chambre et le propriétaire nous dit Oui. En arrivant, pas de lit bébé. Pensant à un simple oubli, nous retournons le voir et finalement il nous dit qu'il n'en a qu'un et qu'il est déjà utilisé (nous doutons même de cette version après coup) et à force de lui exlique qu'un enfant d'un an et demi ne peut pas dormir dans un lit d'adulte ...Il finit par nous faire ramener un petit matelas à poser au sol dans un état douteux. Bref notre bébé a dormi avec nous pour sécuriser... En plus de cela il nous a clairement montré qu'il n'avait aucune envie de nous aider. Nous avions choisi cet hôtel exprès car il proposait cet équipement. Nous serions allés ailleurs sinon.
