Kitchen had what we needed but a little limited in silverware and dishes. Room was clean and comfy. Very close to the station, like 5 minute walk. 3 stops from Paddington station. Close to grocery stores.

Fantastic hotel and wonderful staff
everything was clean, the staff was kind and friendly, and it was so silent at night. Full size fridge and cooking utensils etc. I do wish they provided a packet of anti-bac wipes so we could wipe down the surfaces, but we did have soap and a sponge. the shower had both rainfall and handheld which was amazing. 100% would stay again.

Staff was so accommodating and friendly. Very clean!!!
This location was very close to underground stations, bus stops, and even an overground line. We had no trouble with getting around London.
Highly recommend this location! If we ever go back to London, we'll be back to Sanctum!

What a great stay!
It's a great place to stay. Very spacious and clean. The location is great, approximately a 20-minute ride to central London by subway or taxi. Highly recommended, and I will definitely stay again in the future.

Stayed for the weekend with our children age 4&5, clean bright and plenty of space with everything to self cater close to the tube kilburn park.
Only suggestion would be some hooks for hanging coats, same for towels in the bathroom and a mirror in the bedroom! Otherwise brilliant place to stay

The advertising of the pool facilities were a little miss leading - you had to be staying a minimum of 7 nights to be able to have free access to the pool.

I thought we had booked a room with king sized bed, but we just a queen. Otherwise okay. Was plenty of room in the suite. Good location. Plenty of restaurants.
