It is a typical Japanese business hotel with clean rooms and a great free breakfast. In the year since my last visit, they have stopped offering the free Tokyo station shuttle service. In addition, the room ethernet did not work. The key benefits of this hotel are the location and price.

The room is basic and small but it has everything you will need. They offer amenities in the lobby as well as a robe if you need it. Breakfast was great too! The staff was friendly and helpful. Perfect for a solo traveler with minimal luggage, room was a bit small but I only had a backpack and a carry-on. Our stay at this hotel was very satisfactory-- lots of freebies (free breakfast, loads of toiletries, free water/ice, sanitized robes, etc.), use of microwave, washer/dryer. Location near the TCAT and Aeon supermarket. All facilities and services provided by Toyoko Inn at this location made our Tokyo visit easy on the pocket and quite memorable. Will come back here --- HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The room size was small for a family of three but their washroom is a regular size. The room is clean, bed and pillow was comfortable. Receptionist and the kitchen staff was helpful and accommodating. We love their complimentary breakfast and the hotel has a free shuttle going to Tokyo station on a scheduled time. Will be back again and hopefully we can book a bigger room.
