Estadia muito boa, Bem localizada e inserida na natureza no meio de jardins naturais e diversas árvores de araucárias. Faltou um pouco de gerência no café da manhã. Uvas e mexericas muito maduras e reposição de alguns itens com atrazo.

Desapontado com a estadia
As pessoas nos atenderam bem. Mas falta um pouco de proatividade. A limpeza do quarto definitivamente deixa a desejar, chão bem limpo, cama bem arrumada, porém, em locais de meia altura pra cima, como prateleiras por exemplo, mesmo depois de pedir pra limpar, a sujeira permaneceu do mesmo jeito. Tinham teias de aranha no forro, não eram poucas. Pelo valor cobrado (não foi barato), essas são falhas inconcebíveis. O café da manhã não varia, foram quatro cafés do mesmo jeito. Era um bom café, nada demais. Como nosso objetivo era curtir a cidade, ficamos pouco tempo no quarto e portanto não prejudicou nossas experiência na cidade. Mas, nessas condições não recomendo a pousada.

Razoável
O quarto é muito confortável e o ambiente da pousada agradável. No entanto, o aquecimento da piscina não estava funcionando, o que, com o friozinho da serra, a deixava praticamente inutilizável. A sauna a vapor também não estava funcionando. O café da manhã começa a ser servido às 9h, o que atrasa a programação do dia.
