The only two thing is the little pillows looked unkept they should have stick to the white pillow cases, it was abit cold for me even with the heater on. My husband and I had a truly wonderful stay this weekend for his birthday Our 'Club Room' was perfect- very sleek, clean, and a comfortable. The hotel was whimsically and elegantly decorated for Christmas, and the lovely staff could not have been more helpful or kind, even when we arrived ahead of check-in and they stowed our bags away so we could head off into London. A really memorable stay- would recommend!
