We had a very pleasant 2 night stay, 1st night was wonderful (after a long drive). At no fault of the hotel, the 2nd night was not as good as we had a very noisy and inconsiderate family selfishly shouting and banging furniture. When my patience was pushed, I reported this to reception at early hours of the morning and they immediately cautioned the other guests. The room was clean and the air-con was cool and silent, this was amazing for the hot weather nights. Breakfast was very good and housekeeping was thorough. We enjoy our stay with IHG/Hol Inn Exp, and this was one of the better ones.
